Michael is the Director of the Public Sector Consulting team, overseeing primarily non-tech business change and transformation projects for customers. He is focused on customer service, building communities of associates and saving the public sector time and money. Having built a reputation as a reliable and honest leader, he feels most at home onsite with customers, building solutions for big programmes undergoing capability stresses. He lives in London and enjoys road cycling, growing tomatoes and doing things a bit differently.

Simon leads the Public Sector Technology team. He has over 20 years of experience building and deploying teams to help deliver critical IT and digital transformation programmes. He has developed an outcome-based delivery model that has already helped government departments transition away from overpriced consultancies to take back control of their programmes and realise millions of pounds in cost savings. 

Ed is a Senior Principal Consultant specialising in running commercial/procurement and programme teams in the public sector. He uses his many years in the industry to provide clients with access to the best associate capability in the marketplace, particularly in relation to procurement-driven programmes and broader transformation programmes. His success comes from building enduring, trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships and focusing on client delivery. He is a passionate sportsman and once scored 60 goals in a football season (not including penalties), comprising eight headers, 15 left-footed finishes and 37 right-footed finishes.

Lauren is a Senior Consultant within the Public Sector Consulting team, working in the Technology division. Consulting and building digital delivery teams with her customers, Lauren has a passion for the public sector – a genuine interest in the digitalisation of services to improve life for the public. She has a keen eye for detail when utilising digital associates, to ensure the right capability and customers are connected. Lauren is transparent, efficient and has a track record over the last five years of offering a more consultative approach to her work. Lauren enjoys trying out new restaurants, cycling, rock and indie music and often attends gigs when she can.

A Consultant within the Public Sector Consulting team’s Technology division, Matt oversees primarily software development, architectural, systems and networks projects for his customers. With strong knowledge and understanding of his specialism coupled with a desire to be as transparent as possible throughout his projects, Matt aims to provide effective insider knowledge and strategic advice to his customers and community. Among other things, Matt enjoys music and gaming, participating in the occasional professional tournament.

Charles is a Senior Consultant in the Public Sector Consulting team. Having worked in the public sector market for his whole career, he has a deep appreciation of the many disciplines that make programmes work. He focuses predominantly on the IT and digital space, helping clients adapt and deliver the best outcomes for their users. Adept at building a strong rapport with clients and consultants alike, Charles uses his detailed knowledge of their sector and the overall market to offer his customers an honest and straightforward opinion and the best solutions to fit their needs. He lives in Burnham-on-Crouch, a small town on the east coast of Essex, where he can enjoy plenty of sailing.

Chris leads delivery management and supported the creation of Investigo Consulting. Through unitising wealth of experience and knowledge, Chris supports our clients through the provision of management products and ensures that we are delivering against our defined outcomes. His attention to detail and methodical approach ensure optimal service levels and delivery of our engagements. Chris is a dedicated family man with eight nieces and nephews to keep him busy and an avid football supporter, not only watching but playing to a decent standard too.

Angharad Kenward is a Senior Director at Investigo Consulting, and also sits on our Operating Board of Directors. Based in London, she leads our offering across Procurement and focuses on senior mandates across the UK and Europe.

Angharad has over ten years’ experience recruiting procurement professionals. Joining Investigo seven years ago, she has built our procurement practice to be one of the highest performing teams both internally and externally across the market. She also plays a very active role in our Diversity agenda, leads our charity initiative and is a passionate advocate of working parents, frequently contributing to the Investigo blog on how best to blend family and work life.
